Smyrna Georgia Townhomes

smyrna-georgia-town-centerYesterday I was out with my favorite client, canvassing Smyrna looking for townhomes and smaller luxury homes. My client is moving over from California, leaving a huge house there, and moving into the empty nester phase of life.

I had not been in the Smyrna area in a long time and what’s going on down there was really nice to see. The town center area is really nicely done and seems to be thriving. Traffic was not at all an issue and all the shops and restaurants were high quality and in abundance.

One of my favorite Luxury Townhome Properties was Wieland’s One Ivy Walk. These townhomes have the quality and finish of $1M homes and are well secured. The amenities in the community are great and at the entrance is a small town’s worth of shops and restaurants. The entire One Ivy Walk is really like an entire small town in itself, which is the concept that was attempted at inception.

Smyrna also has a nice selection of small luxury home communities, or Enclaves. Some of the more interesting ones were right there near One Ivy Walk and include West Vinings Place, Parkwood Place and a little farther up Atlanta Road, 2000 Paces Ferry.

Overall, Smyrna looks like a great place to live either as an empty nester, or as a Professional that needs to be near downtown, or inside the perimeter on a daily basis.
